School bus uncle .....
Went to a shop yesterday. There I met my son's school bus uncle. They are very funny householders. I simply asked, "How come?" He said nothing. Easy to ask which song fills. The answer that came increased my respect for them. He said I have three pen drives in my Bus Leads primary school students in the morning, one for them. High school students lead in the afternoon, second and third for them is common for both.
In the morning, the primary school students are filled with poems that are taught in their school during the academic year. For the high school students of the afternoon, I have filled some formulas and explanations along with the poems. When I take my children to school in the morning or in the afternoon, I always put a pen drive of poems. So the poems or interpretations that have been learned are refreshed. And going to school creates a little school atmosphere. The children also get help in reciting the learned poems and they happily mix their voices in the voice coming from the pen drive. The atmosphere in the Bus is also playful and you don't know when the time has passed.
As I drop my children off at school, I learn about patriotic songs and freedom fighters. Therefore, good thoughts fall on their ears in Marathi too, and when they go home, they leave the school environment and go to a different environment.
I also use this pen drive at home. When our child learns this poem, he shows it as his mother. It is a lot of fun to see our children happy. My wife and I really wanted to learn, but due to circumstances, we were a little far from learning. We are happy. This means but slowly understands.
And most importantly, driving a school bus is my livelihood. These are just some of the goal setting shareware that you can use. Most parents know this, so they book the next year at the end of the year in advance. They insist on my name to the school as well. So my contract with next year's school was in good faith. In the same year, I am going to take another new school bus this year.
One of the parents has already said that I will pay for the whole system with the pen drive of your new school bus. Just tell me how much it cost. This is the love I need today and I get it from students and parents.
I greeted the uncle of the school bus from the bottom of my heart and told the shopkeeper to put the money of his present pen drive in my bill.

School bus चे काका .....
काल एका दुकानात गेलो होतो. तेथे माझ्या मुलाच्या school bus चे काका भेटले. एकदम हसतमुख ग्रुहस्थ आहेत ते. मी सहज विचारले काय हो कसे काय?ते म्हणाले काही नाही, गाडीतला pen drive खराब झाला आहे,जरा नवीन चांगला बघतोय. सहज विचारले कोणती गाणी भरताय.आलेल्या ऊत्तराने माझा त्यांच्या बद्दलचा आदर वाढला.
ते म्हणाले माझ्या गाडीत तीन pen drive आहेत. सकाळी primary चे विद्यार्थी नेतो,त्यांच्या साठी एक.दुपारी highschool चे विद्यार्थी नेतो,त्यांच्या साठी दुसरा.व तीसरा दोघांसाठी common आहे.
सकाळी primary च्या विद्यार्थांसाठी त्यांच्याच शाळेत शैक्षणिक वर्षात शिकवल्या जाणाऱ्या कविता (poem) भरल्या आहेत. दुपारच्या highschool च्या विद्यार्थांसाठी मी कवितांबरोबरच काही सुत्रे,व व्याख्या भरल्या आहेत.व common असणाऱ्या pen drive मध्ये देशभक्ती पर गीते, व स्वातंत्र्य विरांचे जीवन व त्यांचे कार्य (हे मात्र मराठीत) भरले आहे.
सकाळी किंवा दुपारी मुलांना शाळेत नेतांना मी आवर्जून कवितांचा pen drive लावतो. त्यामुळे शिकलेल्या कवितांची किंवा व्याख्यांची ऊजळणी होते.किंवा जे नवीन शिकवणार आहे ते कानावरून जाते,व नंतर समजण्यासाठी सोपे होते. व शाळेत जातांना थोडे शाळेचे वातावरण तयार होते. मुलांनाही शिकलेल्या कविता पाठ होण्यास मदत होते व ते आनंदाने pen drive मधून येणाऱ्या आवाजात आपला आवाज मिसळून म्हणतात. गाडीत वातावरण सुध्दा खेळीमेळीचे राहते व प्रवासात वेळ केव्हा गेला हे कळत नाही.
मुलांना शाळेतून घरी सोडतांना मात्र मी देशभक्ती पर गाणी व स्वातंत्र्य वीरांची माहिती लावतो. त्यामुळे त्यांच्या कानांवर चांगले विचार तेही मराठीत पडतात, व घरी जातांना ते शाळेच्या वातावरणातून बाहेर पडून वेगळ्या वातावरणात जातात. हे pen drive मी घरी पण वापरतो.त्यामुळे मला व बायकोलाही ईंग्रजी शब्द कानावर पडून कविता पाठ झाल्या आहेत. आमची मुल या कविता शिकतांना या कविता त्यांची आईपण म्हणून दाखवते तेव्हा आमच्या मुलांचा आनंद पाहण्यात वेगळी मजा असते.मला व बायकोला शिकण्याची खुप ईच्छा होती पण परिस्थितीमुळे शिकण्यापासून थोडे लांब पडलो.पण आम्हाला ईंग्रजी लिहिता वाचता आले नाही तरी pen drive मुळे आम्ही कविता म्हणून दाखवतो याचा आम्हाला आनंद आहे. याचा अर्थ पण हळूहळू समजून घेतो.
आणि सगळ्यात महत्त्वाचे म्हणजे school bus चालवण हे माझे ऊदरनिर्वाहाचे साधन आहे. हल्ली बरेच व्यावसायिक त्यांचा व्यवसाय वाढावा म्हणून customer ला additional services देतात त्यातला हा प्रकार आहे. बऱ्याच पालकांना हे ठाऊक असल्याने वर्षाच्या शेवटी पुढील वर्षाचे booking ते अगोदरच करतात.माझ्या नावाचा आग्रह शाळेलाहि करतात. त्यामुळे माझे पुढील वर्षाचे शाळेशी contract विश्वासाने होते. याच जोरावर या वर्षी मी आणखीन एक नवीन school bus घेणार आहे. एका पालकांनी तर अगोदरच सांगितले की तुझ्या नवीन school bus च्या pen drive सह सगळ्या system चा खर्च मी देईन. तु फक्त किती खर्च लागला ते सांग.याच प्रेमाची आज मला गरज आहे व ते मला विद्यार्थी व पालक यांच्या कडून मिळते.
मी मनापासून school bus च्या काकांना नमस्कार केला, आणि दुकानदाराला म्हणालो, यांच्या आताच्या pen drive चे पैसे माझ्या बिलात लावा.
